What You Need to Know Before Booking Your Session

You can choose ONE maternity dress or fabric for package ONE.
You can choose ONE maternity dress or fabric for package TWO.
You can choose TWO maternity dresses or fabric for package THREE.
You can wear it from our wide variety of dresses and fabric at the studio, or bring your own to look radiant during your session.
If you wish to use an additional dress not included in your package, you may do so for an extra charge of $50 per dress.
(we do not have makeup or hair service at the moment. you should arrive with makeup and hair done).
If you want to bring your own outfit for your photo session, you are free to do so (if time allows it). Just remember that each outfit counts as an extra change, whether you bring it or use one from our studio. If your package includes one change and you bring an additional outfit, it will be considered an extra change with a cost of $50. -If your package includes two changes and you want to bring another outfit (3 in total), the cost will be $50 extra for the third change.
Dresses must be selected at least one day before the session to ensure they are ready at the studio. If you prefer to use fabric, it must also be chosen in advance so we can ensure it is ironed and ready for you.
It is important to bring nude-colored underwear or the closest shade to your skin tone for the best results in the photos(preferably strapless bra).

Each package includes 15 unedited and the edited digital photos depending on each package.

Each additional photo (edited) after the amount included in your package will cost $35 per edited image.
Edited photos will be delivered approximately 7-10 business days after your selection (no exceptions). If you need the photos for a specific date, make sure to book in advance.
The day after your session, you will receive a link with all the photos taken so you can select the ones included in your package. This link will only be sent once full payment has been completed.

Only Radiant Mama Package is designed as an exclusive experience only for the "Mom-to-Be. Partner and children are not included in this session
Other packages are designed for the Family.

If you bring a child/s who will not participate in the session, please bring someone who can help take care of them, kids naturally loves to run and play. Thats why we need someone to keep them safe as we will be assisting you on the session.

A deposit is required to schedule your session, and full payment must be completed on the day of the session.
Edited photos will only be delivered once the session has been fully paid.
Each package includes a specific number of photos. For example, if you book the 5-photo package, it already includes 5 edited photos. You will only need to pay $35 extra per additional photo starting from the 6th photo, if you wish to add more (this is optional).
Sessions must be canceled at least 2 days in advance if you wish to reschedule. Same-day cancellations are not eligible for a refund or deposit reuse.

We ask that you send us your references or ideas (Inspo) before booking or at least one day before the session, (Through WhatsApp Preferably, just tap on the WhatsApp icon on this Website ) so we can ensure everything is ready and confirm that we can recreate the style you want.
If you want something specific that we do not have in the studio, you can send us a photo, and we will gladly provide a quote for the necessary materials to make it as close as possible to what you are looking for. To confirm the set preparation, the purchase of materials must be made. The payment for these materials is separate from the photo session fee and must be paid at least 2 weeks in advance to ensure that the order arrives on time and we can assemble the set once all materials have been received.

⏳ Punctuality Policy

Package #1 (30-min session / 5 edited photos): Arriving 15 minutes late may result in cancellation and/or a $50 fee if another booking follows yours.

Package #2 (30-min session / 5 edited photos): Arriving 15 minutes late may result in cancellation and/or a $50 fee if another booking follows yours.

Package #3 (60-min session / 10 edited photos): Arriving 15 minutes late may result in cancellation and/or a $50 fee if another booking follows yours.

If availability allows, you're welcome to wait and have your session once we've finished with scheduled clients.

Each package includes a set time reserved for your photo session (including preparation), during which you can try different poses until your time is up or the next client arrives.
